How We Handle Your Request

When you submit a DSAR, Social Proof Solutions will:

1. Acknowledge Receipt: We will acknowledge your request within [number of days] business days.

3. Process Your Request: We will provide you with a response to your request within 30 days of verifying your identity. If your request is complex, we may extend this period, but we will notify you of any extension.

4. Provide Data or Take Action: Based on your request, we will:

   • Provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you

   • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

   • Delete your data (where applicable)

   • Provide your data in a portable format (where applicable)

   • Explain any reasons why your request cannot be fulfilled, if relevant
